The new 10,500 square foot facility is expected to generate more than $5.5 million in sales each year.

WARNER, NH — The New Hampshire Liquor Commission (NHLC) will open a brand new 10,500-square-foot, state-of-the-art New Hampshire Liquor & Wine Outlet in Warner on July 18, 2017, according to a press statement. The new store, which is the latest in NHLC’s ongoing initiative to strategically renovate or relocate its New Hampshire Liquor & Wine Outlets statewide, will feature 3,600 sizes and varieties of wines and spirits in an enhanced shopping environment with a series of new features. Located in the shopping plaza at 14 Nichols Mill Lane off Exit 9 from I-89, the new store is projected to generate $5.5 million in annual sales.
A formal grand opening event will take place Aug. 8. NHLC will offer a coupon for $25 off purchases of $150 or more during the grand opening event.
“NHLC is proud to be opening the first New Hampshire Liquor & Wine Outlet in the community of Warner. The new store has an ideal location easily accessible to area residents, along with the traveling public, especially those planning to visit the Mount Sunapee region,” said NHLC Chairman Joseph Mollica. “Generating an estimated $5.5 million in annual sales, this new store will help us continue to drive revenue for the New Hampshire General Fund, which supports critical services, including education, health and social services, transportation and natural resource protection.”
