The officer, according to Sgt. Art Merrigan of the Bow Police Department, was advised that the registered owner, Predmore, had an active warrant out of a police department in Port Jervis, NY, for felony criminal contempt and second-degree assault.

The vehicle was stopped, the driver was found to be Predmore, and he was arrested on a fugitive from justice charge.

“Because of his fugitive status, Predmore is not entitled to bail and was transported by the Merrimack County Sheriff’s Department to the Merrimack County Jail where he will await his arraignment in the morning,” according to Merrigan.
