According to police, at around 2 a.m. this morning, officers saw a white man in dark clothing walking in the parking lot of Carrington Farms near Mammoth Road in Hooksett. The officers were familiar with the man – Schlieder – due to previous interactions with him.

“Due to the time of night and the male’s dark clothing, paired with him walking away from officers quickly they made contact with Schlieder who they were familiar with from previous arrests,” the department noted on Facebook. “Officers were informed that Schlieder currently had a protection order out against him prohibiting him from being within 300 feet of the protected party who lived in close proximity to the area Schlieder was in.”

Schlieder was taken into custody and charged with stalking for the third time, according to police.

During a search, police allegedly found him in possession of a large knife, so a weapon charge was added to his docket.

Schlieder was held on $7,000 cash bail and is due to be arraigned in Merrimack County Superior Court in Concord today.

Schlieder has been arrested a number of times on various charges during the last four years, according to reports online.

Last month, Schlieder was arrested for criminal mischief, resisting arrest, and a warrant, and had to be Tased, due to his alleged conduct. About three hours later, he arrested again three counts of resisting arrest and breach of bail.

Schlieder was arrested last year in Kensington, for unregistered vehicle, misuse or failure to display plates, and possession of controlled/narcotic drugs. He was also arrested in Deerfield for driving a vehicle with a suspended license, disobeying a police officer, possession of controlled drugs, and a warrant out of Manchester.

NHSP arrested him in February 2013 in Epping for an outstanding warrant for conduct after an accident. In March 2013, he was arrested in Newmarket on a warrant.
