NH AG to Investigate Drive-By Voting: Report

Project Veritas hidden camera recordings purport to show Bernie Sanders campaign workers encouraging illegal New Hampshire primary voting.

CONCORD, NH - The point person for investigating vote fraud in the state of New Hampshire is opening an investigation into possible voting irregularities and fraud allegations raised by undercover videos of poll workers and presidential campaign staffers, according to WMUR-TV.

Stephen LaBonte of the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office confirmed to WMUR that he had seen a video produced by Project Veritas Action showing discussions between undercover investigators and poll workers about access to domicile voting as well as campaign staffers appearing to encourage fraudulent “drive-by” voting, and made a determination to open an investigation into what was reported in the video.

Project Veritas Action investigators recorded poll workers in Hanover, Manchester, Nashua, Newmarket, and Portsmouth offering varying – and differing – legal information to voters about what identification they needed, how long they had to live and/or stay in the state in the state to vote, as well as other abnormalities during the Feb. 9, 2016, the New Hampshire presidential primary.

In another section of the 13-minute video, Bernie Sanders for president staffers were reportedly recorded encouraging undercover journalists – acting as Sanders volunteers – to illegally vote by using the campaign office in Manchester as an address as a domicile addresses to register to vote even though they didn’t actual reside or have a domicile in New Hampshire.

LaBonte stated that investigators would be looking at the “wrongful voting” statute which, if found guilty, carries a felony conviction and $5,000 fine.
