New Hampshire Corrections Seeks Info On ‘Armed And Dangerous’ Fugitive From Massachusetts
Emilio Ciriello is wanted for a parole violation after a second-degree assault conviction; he has been involved in trafficking heroin.

CONCORD, NH — New Hampshire Corrections officials are asking the public for help finding an “armed and dangerous” convict who is wanted on a parole violation.
Emilio Gennaro Ciriello is 54, about 5 feet, 7 inches tall, and weighs around 145 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. Corrections officials noted Ciriello has many tattoos, including a heart with an arrow and the name “Ciriello”; a tribal on his lower back; a unicorn on his upper middle back; an Indian head on his right thigh; a rose with a tribal on his upper left thigh; an Italian flag and the name “Emilio” on his outer calf; and a dragon, snake, dove, rose, and clouds on his right shoulder.
Ciriello, originally from Massachusetts, has ties to the Bay State and New Hampshire. Officials said he also has “an extensive criminal history” in Massachusetts, including, but not limited to, armed robbery, intimidation, assault and battery with a deadly weapon, trafficking heroin, assault and battery, and assault on a police officer. Ciriello is wanted on a parole violation after being convicted of second-degree assault, witness tampering, and two simple assault charges in New Hampshire.

The extensive and violent criminal history led officials to add an “armed and dangerous” warning to Ciriello’s alert. Officials also said anyone who sees him should not attempt to apprehend him. Instead, contact the police or the corrections department at 603-271-1804.
According to superior court records, Ciriello was accused of second-degree assault, witness tampering, criminal threatening, and criminal mischief after an incident in Conway in July 2010. He was charged in December of that year. He pleaded guilty to the second-degree assault and criminal threatening charges in April 2011 and received a one-to-seven-year sentence.
