Shoplifting, Assaults, OUIs: Medford Arrest Log

The following are experts of the Medford Police log from Aug. 3-14. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

On Aug. 3 at 11:26 p.m., Sabrinaq Lewis of Revere was arrested on warrant charges of shoplifting by aspiration.

On Aug. 5 at 11:41 p.m., Christine Abrams of Brighton for OUI liquor (first offense) and marked lanes violation.

On Aug. 8 at 2:33 p.m., Phillip Ferlito of Lawrence Road was arrested on charges of breaking and entering during the daytime for a felony and on warrant charges for larceny from a building and a common and notorious thief.

On Aug. 9 at 2:39 a.m., Brian Simmons of Wareham was arrested on Riverside Ave. on warrant charges of larceny from a building, uttering a false check, receiving stolen property over $250, larceny over $250, receiving stolen property less than $250, receiving a stolen vehicle, and attempting to commit a crime, forgery of a check, and larceny by check over $250.

On Aug. 9 at 9:02 a.m., Cortland Duggar of Jerome Street was arrested on Jerome Street and charged with assault and battery on someone 60+/disabled with injury.

On Aug. 9 at 8:41 p.m., Marc Marino of Edward Street was arrested on Edward Street for breaking and entering during the nighttime for a felony.

On Aug. 10 at 10:25 a.m., Emilio Ciriello was arrested on Revere Beach Parkway on charges of being a fugitive from justice , drug possession (class B) (subsequent offense).

On Aug. 10 at 2:10 p.m., Damon Burns of Woburn Street was arrested on Mystic Valley Parkway and charged with resisting arrest and on warrant charges of disorderly conduct.

On Aug. 11 at 6:46 p.m., Tommy Barrie of Newbern Ave. was arrested on Fellsway West and charged with miscellaneous statutory violation and on warrant charges of violating an abuse prevention order.

On Aug. 12 at 9:39 p.m., Timothy Wall of Fells Ave. was arrested on Lambert Street on warrant charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

On Aug. 12 at 10:04 p.m., Patrick Trainor of Salem Street was arrested on Salem Street and charged with drug possession (class C, class B) and on warrant charges of assault and battery on a person 60+/disabled with injury.

On Aug. 12 at 11:23 a.m., Audrey Durham of Pleasant Street was arrested on Salem Street on charges of assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

On Aug. 12 at 2:22 p.m., Brian Barrett of Boynton Road was arrested on Boynton Road on warrant charges of OUI liquor (2d offense.)
