New Hampshire Corrections Investigators Searching For Thief Accused Of Violating Parole
Tyson Kane Hazelton, who may be in Vermont, has active warrants after being arrested in 3 states; cops Tased him in CT after 2019 incident.

CONCORD, NH — Investigators inside the New Hampshire Department of Corrections are asking for the public’s help finding a known thief who is wanted on multiple active warrants after being arrested in three states.
Tyson Kane Hazelton is 44, about 6 feet, 1 inch tall, and weighs around 180 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes. Hazelton also has a dragon tattoo on his upper right arm and shoulder and another tattoo on his neck, on the right side.
Investigators said he sometimes uses the aliases “Tyson Kaine Hazelton,” “Tyson L. Hazelton,” and “Devin Hazelton.” He may also be pretending to be his brother to evade the police.

“Hazelton is wanted for parole violation for theft by unauthorized taking > $1,500 out of Cheshire Superior Court,” an alert stated. “Hazelton has ties to Hinsdale, NH, but his last known location was in Vernon, VT.”
Hazelton has “multiple active warrants” in both New Hampshire and Vermont.

“Since parole warrant was signed,” the alert said, “Hazelton has been arrested in CT and VT charged as fugitive from justice.”
According to superior court records, Hazelton was arrested on a falsifying physical evidence charge in Sullivan County in the late 1990s but the charge was later dropped. In January 2016, he was charged with felony drug possession and criminal trespass in Hinsdale. Those charges, too, were dropped. But later in 2016, he was accused of felony theft and willful concealment charges in September 2016 and attempted theft and willful concealment charges in November 2016 in Keene. In April 2017, he pleaded guilty to theft, attempted theft, and willful concealment charges.
During a bank fraud incident in Wallingford, CT, where he was accused of attempting to withdraw $5,000, in December 2019, he was Tased by police after shoving an officer, according to a post on Wallingford CT Patch. Police accused him of giving a false name and possessing a fake Colorado license.
