NH Man Fails To Appear On Second-Degree Count: Marshals
Nicholas Peterson is wanted after an alleged assault incident in Grafton County in 2016, and failure to appear in 2017. Have you seen him?

CONCORD, NH — The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is looking for an alleged second-degree assaulter who reportedly failed to appear in court last year, according to the U.S. Marshals Service. Nicholas Peterson is 25, about 6 feet, 2 inches tall, and weighs around 180 lbs. He has brown hair and eyes.

Peters also has a scar on his nose and tattoos on his left breast, left forearm, right arm, and right forearm.

The warrant for his arrest was issued by the Grafton County Sheriff’s Office on April 11, 2017.
“Peterson is wanted on a failure to appear for an underlying charge of second-degree assault,” Jeffrey White noted in a Fugitive of the Week press statement. “The current whereabouts of Peterson are unknown, but he is known to have ties to Bath and surrounding areas.”

Peterson was originally arrested by Troop F troopers in Bath in December 2016, according to a report on Patch.
