NH Man Indicted On Murder Charges In Concord Court
Richard Tripaldi II was indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court for allegedly killing James Brock of Franklin in June.

CONCORD, NH — A former resident of Franklin has been indicted on murder and theft charges after allegedly killing another man in that city, according to court documents and the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office. Richard Tripaldi II, 26, formerly of Franklin but now incarcerated, was indicted this month for first-degree murder, second-degree murder, and theft by unauthorized taking, all felonies. Tripaldi is accused of killing James Brock, 24, of Franklin, by allegedly shooting him in the head as well as stealing his 2007 Chevrolet Impala on June 21, 2017. Tripaldi is being held without bail.

Brock was last seen during Bike Week in Laconia, according to press reports, and formerly of Jackson, MS. No motive has been released from the alleged crime. Brock, according to posts online, was an "elevator filmer" – someone who had an interest in elevators and enjoyed filming them. He had a YouTube channel – Brock’s Sketchbook – where he shared videos about elevators, food, and other interests.
