NH Man Wanted On Fentanyl Distribution, Death Resulting Charges

CONCORD, NH — The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is asking for the public's help finding a man wanted on a distribution of fentanyl charge and a death resulting charge. Michael Fox, 56, is 5-feet, 9-inches tall and weighs around 180 lbs. He has blue eyes and brown hair.

A warrant for Fox's arrest was issued on Oct. 3, 2019, by the Stafford County Sheriff's Department for failure to appear on the drug dealing charge.

"Fox is wanted on a failure to appear warrant with underlying drug distribution charges, including a death resulting from distribution charge," Brandon Wilson, a deputy marshal said. "Fox is known to abuse drugs and suffers from mental health issues. Fox has known ties to Manchester and Somersworth, NH, as well as Hyde Park, MA."
