NH Woman Failed To Appear On Firearms Charges: U.S. Marshals

CONCORD, NH — A Belknap County woman who is accused of failing to appear in court on gun charges is this week’s Fugitive of the Week. The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is looking for Kaylene M. Loranger, 32, who is wanted on two counts of criminal threatening with a firearm and single count of reckless conduct with a firearm. She is 5-feet, 4-inches tall, weighs around 170 lbs., and has green eyes and blonde hair.

Loranger has a number of tattoos including a check mark on her upper right arm, the letters “NKB” on her left shoulder, a vampire on the front of her right arm, and an umbrella on her neck.

She was indicted on the charges in September 2018. Belknap County issued a warrant for her arrest on Nov. 19, 2018.

Loranger, according to Deputy Marshal Jeffrey White, has ties to the Laconia and Tilton areas of the state.
