NJ Man, Staying At Homeless Shelter, Allegedly Steals Beer: Log

CONCORD, NH — Johnathan T. Gelinas, year of birth 1999, of Concord, was arrested at 5:20 p.m. on March 27, 2018, on a warrant as well as two counts of possession of controlled drugs. He was arrested after an alleged incident at Dunkin’ Donuts on Manchester Street.
Danny M. Crossley, year of birth 1988, of Monroe Street in Concord, was arrested for second-degree assault and false report to law enforcement. He was arrested after an alleged incident on Loudon Road near the Lake Sunapee Bank.

William H. Chandler, year of birth 1984, of West Lake Drive in Brick, NJ, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. An officer was sent to the Concord Mart on North Main Street for a report of a theft and took a report from a clerk who alleged that a man allegedly came in and stole two beers. The man – later identified as Chandler – was white with a bruise on his face. The clerk alleged that the man, while fleeing, allegedly stated, “Call police, they won’t do sh--.” Another witness stated that Chandler was reportedly previously involved in a fight earlier at The Friendly Kitchen. Dispatch reported that Chandler was known to be staying at the homeless shelter at St. Peter’s Church. The officer went there and found Chandler. During questioning, he allegedly “was very uncooperative and argumentative stating that his name was ‘Joe Smoe’ and that I can ‘f--- off,’” the officer stated in an affidavit. The officer alleged that Chandler was intoxicated and had several cycles of being angry, cooperative, and then, back to anger. Another officer eyed video at the store and alleged that Chandler was recorded taking beers and running from the store. He was arrested, refused bail, and was held.
Luis A. Gonzalez, year of birth 1981, of South Fruit Street in Concord, was arrested at 10:04 p.m. on March 26, 2018, for unarmed robbery, theft by unauthorized taking, and simple assault after an alleged incident on Warren Street near the Durgin Block Garage.

Robert P. Yitts, year of birth 1970, of Whitewood Drive in Monroe, CT, was arrested at 7:48 p.m. on March 26, 2018, for driving while intoxicated, transportation of alcohol/open container, and disobeying an officer on North Main Street.
