Grow Well, Eat Well: Cultivating, Cooking Healthy Food
Northeast Organic Farming Association of NH's (NOFA-NH) will host its 2016 Annual Winter Conference on January 30, 2016! Save the date!

The Northeast Organic Farming Association of NH’s (NOFA-NH) 2016 will host its premiere annual event, the Winter Conference, on Saturday, Jan. 30, 2016 at Rundlett Middle School in Concord, celebrating the theme: Grow Well, Eat Well: Cultivating and Cooking Healthy Food.
Each winter, at the NOFA-NH Winter Conference, nearly 500 NH farmers, gardeners, localvores, educators, and organic citizens of all stripes come together to learn about organic farming and gardening practices, food preparation, policy, rules and regulations, innovative research, and health and wellness from local, regional and national experts and from one another.
The conference offers more than two dozen unique workshops, the Green Market Fair, renowned keynote speakers, book-signings, and is followed by an after-party off site in Concord. The included lunch is a delicious local event, with much of the food supplied by local growers and catered by Concord’s The Crust and Crumb Baking Co.

Past conference attendee, Fileshae White, remarked, “I remember the first NOFA conference I attended in 2010. I still remember the classes I took and it propelled me to where I am now: herbalist, plant lover, woods walker, farmer and gardener. I’d say this conference has had a huge impact on me.”
Planning for the 2016 NOFA-NH Winter Conference is well underway! If you are interested in being part of the mix as a presenter, Green Market Fair exhibitor, or sponsor, save the date—January 30, 2016—and stay tuned to the NOFA-NH website, where updates will be posted in the coming weeks: nofanh.org.
