Peak Performance Workshop Series for business owners, managers and HR professionals

The Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce a new series for business owners and managers, Peak Performance Workshops, presented and sponsored by Hardy Hasenfuss of Business Consulting of New Hampshire, and Merrimack County Savings Bank. The Peak Performance Workshop Series is designed for business owners, business managers and HR professionals who want to offer a workplace that maximizes individual and team outcomes, positively impacting customer service and the bottom line. All seminars will be held at the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce at 49 South Main Street, Concord, with coffee and pastries provided. The next two workshops are as follows:

Are All Your People in the Right Jobs? Thursday, October 29th, 8:45am-11:45am
In this workshop you will learn:

• Hire effectively and put people into the right job
• How to develop your team members, especially in areas that are not their strengths
• How to lead and manage different personalities
• How to relate to and effectively communicate with different people
• How to mentor and coach for maximum effectiveness

Stress: Mitigating the Negative Impact Friday, November 20th, 8:45am-11:45am

The cost to attend is $75 for all three sessions or $29 for single session for Chamber members, and $100 for all three sessions or $39 for single session for non-members.
