According to state police, troopers were called to the northbound side of I-93 in Concord near Exit 12 for an accident at just after 10 p.m. on Saturday night.
When they arrived, they found the Interstate shut down due to a rollover of a Toyota RAV4 SUV and a Dodge Ram pickup truck that crashed into a guardrail. The two vehicles were taking up both lanes. There were no injuries and troopers were able to quickly open one travel lane.

After speaking with witnesses, troopers reported that both vehicles were traveling south on I-89 near Exit 5, when the pickup truck allegedly began operating recklessly by speeding and passing vehicles.
“The pickup truck would then get caught in traffic and be forced to slow down,” Sgt. Ron Taylor reported.
Both vehicles then entered I-93 north with the RAV4 in the high-speed lane and the pickup truck behind it. The pickup truck was reportedly “weaving in and out of traffic, cutting people off, at a high rate of speed.” The front left corner of the pickup truck then struck the passenger side rear of the SUV and causing it to spin out of control and rollover multiple times, according to the report.
The passenger of the pickup truck had an open container, according to the investigation. Cicchetto was cited at the scene and released.
I-93, according to the report, was closed for about 10 minutes to remove the vehicles. Traffic was backed up for more than an hour.
