The officers spoke with witnesses and people they knew from prior contacts about the case attempting to figure out what was going on. One man stated that the suspect – Juliano – had texted him to come over to the house because he was reportedly upset about his girlfriend. Another witness said she went to watch his daughter while the man attempted to calm him down, according to the report. A relative was also called to the scene.
During the course of trying to calm him down though, he allegedly became agitated and began threatening the two people who were there to help, they stated.

“(The man) said that Juliano yelled at both of them, ‘I will f------ kill you!,” the officer alleged.
The witness said he felt threatened and alleged that Juliano had then requested that he “just knock me out” and “kill me right here.”
The woman then made a comment, attempting to calm him down, but he yelled at her and then allegedly lunged at her and grabbed her by the throat, according to the affidavit. The woman stated that Juliano allegedly grabbed her by the throat and stepped away for fear of being struck by him. The man intervened and then Juliano allegedly smashed a fish tank and grabbed a plate and threw it at him. The pair were able to avoid getting injured by the plate and fish tank, left the home, and called police.
An affidavit was issued for his arrest on June 9, and police caught up with him about a month later.
According to his previous arrest history, Juliano, while living in Boscawen, was arrested in Concord in April 2015 for reckless conduct after allegedly slamming on the brakes of his car causing his girlfriend’s face to bounce off a part of the car and cut her lip. In July 2014, he was arrested in Exeter for unsworn falsification and hindering apprehension or prosecution, according to Seacoastonline.com. In November 2001, according to the Laconia Daily Sun, he was wanted for arson after allegedly lighting a car on fire on Belknap Street in Laconia. He was arrested later and held on $300,000 cash bail. Juliano was later indicted and brought to trial. Prosecutors said he was fueled by "Obsession, jealousy, revenge, gasoline and rags.”
