Pickup Truck Drives Off Road, Into Trees In Chichester: Watch
One person taken to the hospital after a crash near the town line with Concord on Thursday.
CHICHESTER, NH — Chichester fire and rescue teams and police were sent to a single-vehicle crash on Route 4 on Thursday near the town line with Concord.
Around 11:30 a.m., capital region dispatch received calls about a pickup truck that had been driven off the road and into the woods near the Weathervane Restaurant. Dispatch reported witnesses said the driver was not conscious.
When they arrived, firefighters found the pickup truck had driven into trees.

Firefighters cut branches around the truck to gain access to the driver's side and then began attempting to extricate the driver from the vehicle. The driver was then taken to the hospital.
