Pittsfield Man Indicted For Threatening To Kill Woman With A Gun
Plus, Concord man charged with burglary, homeless sex offender faces duty to report charge, and Andover woman faces drug charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court in March.
Alexander Allard, 21, of an unknown address in Concord, for burglary and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine, both felonies. On Feb. 20, 2018, he allegedly burglarized a home on Auburn Street in Concord. The drug charge is from an alleged incident in Concord on Dec. 19, 2017.
Jessica E. Allen, 35, of Andover, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine and three counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-MDMA, LSD, heroin-fentanyl. The sale charge stems from an alleged incident on Main Street in Andover on Sept. 20, 2016. The other charges stem from an alleged incident in Andover on Oct. 4, 2016.

Candice Angotta, 29, of Manchester Street in Manchester, on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine, heroin-fentanyl allegedly on Oct. 21, 2016, in Franklin.
Rolisa Arnold, 52, of Portsmouth Street in Concord, for felony attempted theft by unauthorized taking. On Aug. 23, 2017, she allegedly shoplifted items from Hannaford on Central Street in Franklin. Twice before, according to the indictment, she has convicted of theft offenses – shoplifting in Concord District Court in September 2009, and willful concealment in Hooksett District Court in December 2014.

David Bastow, 35, of Pittsfield, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for reckless conduct, criminal threatening, witness tampering, all felonies, as well as two counts of contempt of court. On Jan. 16, 2018, in Pittsfield, he allegedly pointed a firearm at a woman and threatened to kill her. On Feb. 15, 2018, he allegedly attempted to induce the woman to testify in a false manner.
