Bow Man Arrested on Second DWI Charge: Concord Police Log
Epsom pair charged with theft, Manchester man allegedly violates protective order at church, and two underage arrested for booze, drugs.

CONCORD, NH — William Webb, 38, of Pine Street in Manchester, was arrested at 12:55 a.m. on Nov. 18, 2016, for felony organized retail crime enterprise and theft by deception. He was charged after an alleged incident at Lowes on Fort Eddy Road.

Jonathan M. McCarthy, 33, of Pitman Street in Concord, was arrested at 2:24 a.m. on Nov. 18, 2016, for two counts of simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, criminal threatening, domestic violence-criminal threatening, and default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested after an alleged incident at the Pitman Street apartments.

Christina L. Goodman, 35, of Fisherville Road in Concord, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. on Nov. 18, 2016, for receiving stolen property and theft by deception. She was arrested after an alleged incident at Cash for Gold on Manchester Street.
Alexander S. Allard, 20, and Chelsea L. Geisser, 24, both of Lena Lane in Epsom, were arrested at 8:34 p.m. on Nov. 18, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. They were arrested after an alleged incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.

Wesley McIntosh, 18, of Mountain Farm Road in Bow, received a summons at 12:25 a.m. on Nov. 19, 2016, for unlawful possession of alcohol. Also arrested at 2:15 a.m. was Spencer A. Gosse, 19, of Bow Dunbarton Road in Bow, for possession of controlled drugs. They were arrested on Tower Circle.
Kyle M. Kniffin, 25, of Concord Gardens in Concord, was arrested at 8:45 a.m. on Nov. 19, 2016, for criminal mischief and protective custody-drugs after an alleged incident in an apartment at the Gardens.
Jonathan P. Fisk, 24, of Woodhill Hooksett Road in Bow, was arrested at 3:34 p.m. on Nov. 19, 2016, for driving while intoxicated-drugs, second offense. He was arrested on Centre Street near Green Street.
Peter Ducharme, 44, of Willow Street in Manchester, was arrested at 4:54 p.m. on Nov. 19, 2016, for violation of a protective order; penalty after an alleged incident at Centerpoint Church on North State Street.
