POLICE LOG: Manchester Woman Faces Multiple Drug Charges

Hagen M. Davis, 17, of Candia, received a summons at 10:20 a.m. on Dec. 12, 2012, for failure to yield to a pedestrian at a traffic light. According to a summons report, an officer obtained a warrant for Davis, a Concord High School student, after she allegedly hit an elderly Concord woman at the intersection of Pleasant Street and North State Street on Sept. 21. He was served the warrant on Dec. 12, 2012. She is to appear in court on Jan. 7, 2013.

Marissa Lynn Roach, 22, of Concord, was arrested at 1:55 p.m. on Dec. 12, 2012, and charged with disorderly conduct. According to an arrest report, three officers were called to the apartment above the Open Hands Resource Center on North Main Street for “a loud verbal domestic altercation.” One of the people at the scene claimed that individuals, including Roach, were “suffering withdrawals from smoking spice.” After speaking with all involved, the officers requested that the tenants keep their voices down and the tenants reportedly agreed. After one of the officers began to leave, he was flagged down by an employee at the Center. As the officer rolled down his window to speak with the employee, he allegedly heard Roach screaming loudly from the back of the building. The officer went back to the apartment and attempted to make contact with Roach who would allegedly not let the officer back into the apartment, according to the report. The officer stated that he heard “a loud, blood curdling scream come from the apartment that lasted several seconds, and then complete silence.” Roach allegedly did not respond numerous requests to open the door, according to the officer. The officer requested that another tenant return to the scene with a key to the apartment to check on the wellbeing of Roach. The other tenant returned and allowed officers into the apartment. Roach was later arrested on a disorderly conduct charge. She was later released on $500 personal recognizance bail.

Theresa M. Laderbush, 54, of Epsom, received a summons at 3:53 p.m. on Dec. 12, 2012, for operating without a valid license. According to a report, an officer on Old Turnpike Road reportedly observed a Toyota Yaris driving westbound “with a clear ‘9’ inspection sticker.” During the interaction with the reporting officer, Laderbush allegedly produced an inspection report with a failed emissions test and a driver’s license that expired on Sept. 23, 2012. She was given a warning on the inspection and issued a summons for the license violation. She had a court date on Jan. 14.

Amanda N. Horton, 23, of Manchester, was arrested at 9:36 p.m. on Dec. 12, 2012, and charged with two counts possession of controlled drugs, one a felony, two counts of possession of drugs, an a warrant. According to an arrest report, an officer on traffic patrol on Canal Street by Village Street in Penacook and ran the plates of a Pontiac Sunfire at a stop sign. The owner of the vehicle, Horton, reportedly had an active arrest warrant from the Derry Police Department reportedly on a shoplifting charge from Walmart. After pulling the vehicle over, the officer confirmed that the driver was Horton. The officer reportedly asked Horton, before she stepped out of the car, if she had any weapons or contraband. Horton alleged told the officer that she had a pipe in her purse. While in the process of allegedly handing the pipe to the officer, the officer noted that there was “a very strong odor coming from” the purse. The officer alleged that he saw the pipe with marijuana in the bowl insider her purse, as well as a clear plastic sandwich bag allegedly with marijuana in it. Horton was placed under arrest. During the booking process, police allege that they found a single tablet of acetaminophen and propoxyphene napsylate on her persons. After booking, Horton was driven to Exit 10 on I-93 by Concord Police where the Derry Police picked her up Horton.

Christopher J. Bauman, 22, of Concord, was arrested at 5:55 p.m. on Dec. 13, 2012, on a criminal trespass charge. According to an arrest report, an officer was called to Thomas Street for a 911 hang up call “where the caller informed 911 that everyone was okay.” The officer knew that there was a warrant for Bauman who lived at the address. Upon arrival, the officer spoke to both Bauman and his father and was allegedly informed that a juvenile had been playing with the phone. Bauman was informed that there was a warrant out for his arrest and he was taken into custody and charged. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Jan. 14.
