Possibly ‘Armed And Dangerous’ Parolee, On The Lam, Sought By New Hampshire Corrections

CONCORD, NH — The New Hampshire Department of Corrections is asking for the public’s help finding a possibly armed and dangerous parolee who is wanted for a violation after being convicted of first-degree assault.
Keith Hutchings is 31, about 5 feet, 11 inches tall, and weighs around 185 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes. Hutchings has two scars on his forehead due to a prior car accident. He also has a pitchfork and six point Star of David tattoo, according to an alert.
Corrections investigators said Hutchings was convicted of stabbing another person in the neck with a knife. He is known in the Carroll County area, including Madison, his last confirmed location — but he could be anywhere.

“Hutchings has a history of violence and illicit drug use,” an alert stated. “The fugitive should be considered armed and dangerous.”
Do not attempt to apprehend him. If you know where Hutchings is, or see anyone that looks like him, call the NH DOC at 603-271-1804, the Carroll County Sheriff’s Department at 603-539-2284, or local police.

According to superior court records, Hutchings' criminal history dates back to 2009, when he was convicted on a second-degree assault charge out of Conway and burglary in Madison. He violated his probation in 2010 and was accused of other violations. Hutchings pleaded guilty to criminal trespass in January 2013 after an incident in Ossipee. In December 2015, he was charged with attempted first-degree murder in Conway during a robbery stabbing. He was also charged with falsifying physical evidence and two first-degree assault charges in Conway in January 2016. After eight months, he pleaded guilty to a robbery and first-degree assault charge, and the attempted murder and other charges were nolle prossed. Hutchings was also convicted on a felony drug possession charge in Berlin in November 2018.
