Powerball Jackpot Inches Toward Half A Billion Dollars, New Hampshire Lottery Official Says
The jackpot for Wednesday night's Powerball drawing is expected to be $449 million with a before taxes one-time payout of $203.9 million.

CONCORD, NH — The Powerball jackpot is inching toward half a billion dollars, according to the New Hampshire Lottery.
Since there was no winner on Monday, the jackpot is expected to grow to $449 million on Wednesday night, Charlie McIntyre, the executive director of the New Hampshire Lottery, said.
“Another drawing without a winner means our Powerball jackpot keeps growing closer to half a billion dollars,” he said. “Nothing gets Granite Staters talking like a big jackpot like this, and our sales show exactly that! Whether you purchase your tickets online through the NH Lottery app, or prefer to visit your local retailer, be sure to get your tickets before Wednesday night. You won’t want to miss out on this one.”
