Forecasters: The beginning of the week is best — sunny skies, temps around 90 and then the rain returns. Plus: What's the weekend look like?
CONCORD, NH — According to the National Weather Service, this week’s weather, while not quite summer, will have elements of the season as well as more rain, including thunderstorms.
The beginning of the week is expected to be the best: First, on Tuesday, there will be sunny skies and highs in the upper 70s in Concord and the capital region and Nashua and central New Hampshire, and lower 70s on the Seacoast. Overnight lows will be in the lower 50s.
Temps will rise into the upper 80s on Wednesday with more sunny skies. Overnight lows will be in the 60s.

Rain returns on Thursday in the form of showers and thunderstorms, mostly in the afternoon, bracketed by sun and steamy temperatures—close to 90 in Concord, 92 in Nashua, and 83 in Hampton.
More showers are expected on Friday, mainly in the afternoon. Temperatures will be in the mid-80s, and overnight lows will be in the 60s.

Some showers are expected on Saturday, and the sun will return on Sunday. Highs are expected to be in the middle-to-upper 70s both days.
