CONCORD, NH — The U.S. Marshals-New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is asking for the public’s help finding a felon, who might be in New Hampshire, who is wanted by both the state of Rhode Island as well as the federal government for probation violations.

Allarick Donyen Hill is 44, about 5 feet, 11 inches tall, and weighs around 184 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair but is bald. Hill, Jeffrey White, a deputy marshal, said has no known scars or tattoos and is originally from Liberia.

“Hill is wanted on two warrants, including a federal arrest warrant for probation violations due to a prior conviction for fraud and a state of Rhode Island warrant for probation violations on prior assault convictions,” he said. “Hill has an extensive criminal history that includes firearms, robbery, and assaults. Therefore, he is being listed as ‘armed and dangerous.’”

White said the task force believes Hill is in New Hampshire, possibly residing in Manchester, which is why “the U.S. Marshals are seeking any information that may lead to Hill’s location and arrest.”

According to an online search, he has lived in Manville and Pawtucket, in Rhode Island, and Joplin, Missouri.
