Profanity About Cable Bill Leads To Charges: Concord Police-Court Log
A Franklin man was arrested for DWI and a Concord man was arrested on Storrs Street on threat, vandalism, reckless conduct, other charges.

CONCORD, NH — Sean J. Milne, year of birth 1979, of North State Street in Concord, was arrested at 11:05 p.m. on July 2, 2017, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. He was arrested after an alleged incident in the South End in the area of Perley and Downing streets.
Robert S. Malinowski, YOB 1988, of Jones Street in Manchester, was arrested at 1:35 p.m. on July 2, 2017, for driving after revocation of suspension after a traffic stop on Loudon Road near Meineke.
Sarah L. Rocheleau, YOB 1977, of Hutchins Street in Concord, was arrested at 6:50 a.m. on July 2, 2017, on a bench warrant after an alleged incident in an apartment on Hutchins Street.

David J. Furbush, YOB 1978, of Bow Street in Franklin, was arrested at 2:27 a.m. on July 2, 2017, for driving while intoxicated. He was arrested on North State Street.

Robert F. Mailley, YOB 1981, of Heartwood Lane in Concord, was arrested at 1:25 a.m. on July 2, 2017, for criminal threatening-deadly weapon, reckless conduct-place another in danger, criminal mischief-vandalism, and possession controlled drugs. The charges stem from an alleged incident on Storrs Street near the Bank of America location.
Suraj Rai, YOB 1994, of Spruce Street in Manchester, was arrested at 12:19 a.m. on July 2, 2017, for unregistered vehicle and crossing a median-driving on a divided way. He was arrested after an alleged incident on Loudon Road near the Everett Arena.

Fredrick J. Moran was arrested at 4:38 p.m. on July 17, 2017, in Loudon on a fugitive from justice warrant after a motor vehicle stop on Route 106 for a report of an unwanted person at the Big Apple gas station. A check yielded, according to a court affidavit, yielded a full extradition warrant out of Georgia from September 2014, for violation of probation out of the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Department from a burglary conviction in May 2010. He was arrested and held without bail.
Ryan Johnson, 37, pictured, of Gary Road in Dunbarton, was arrested on April 17, 2017, and charged with two counts of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest or detention. Police were sent to the area of Gary Road at around 7 p.m. for a report of a domestic disturbance, according to a court affidavit. A neighbor reported that there was yelling coming from a nearby home where a child also lived. The officer approached the home – which he knew from prior contacts – and could also hear the yelling. Another officer arrived to speak to the homeowner, Johnson, who allegedly told the officers to “get the f--- off my property” as they tried to discuss the noise level coming from the home. A woman and a juvenile also spoke to officers and reportedly stated that Johnson was upset about a phone/television bill and was yelling at the company over the phone. An officer from Goffstown also arrived to assist and when speaking with Johnson about the noise level and profanity, he allegedly stated that they could swear at the company “at any frickin’ level we want to.” Johnson then reportedly complained about his neighbor’s music level and a bonfire they had previously. He allegedly yelled to the other side of the road, “They play their f------ music!” and was arrested for disorderly conduct. During the process of the arrest, he allegedly resisted and that charge was added. Johnson was held without bail.
