Concord Police Log: Concord Woman in Trouble Again

Plus, man charged with credit card fraud; Hillsborough woman charged with drug possession.

Wendy G. Kelly, 52, of North State Street in Concord, was arrested at 6:57 p.m. on Feb. 6, 2015, for felony bail jumping and a bench warrant. The prosecutor’s officer called Concord Police to let them know that Kelly failed to appear at an arraignment on Jan. 12, for a theft arrest in December. A warrant was issued on Feb. 4. Officers went to her home on North State Street and arrested her. She was unable to raise $2,500 in cash for bail and was held.

William D. Crabb, 38, of Heights Road in Concord, was arrested at 3:05 p.m. on Feb. 5, for suspended registration and driving after revocation or suspension after a traffic stop for an expired registration on a Kia Sorento on South Main Street. His license was suspended on Nov. 22, 2014, for court summons. He’s due in court on March 16.

Robert J. Cosco, 39, of South Street in Concord, was arrested at 8:31 p.m. on Feb. 4, for driving while intoxicated, transportation of alcohol/open container, and conduct after an accident. Officers were sent to the XtraMart on Whitney Road to check on a motor vehicle complaint. A caller alleged that there was a Dodge Intrepid “all over the road” on I-93. The vehicle was now in the parking lot of the gas station, according to the tip. A sergeant was the first to arrive on the scene and pulled the vehicle over after it struck a guardrail. The driver, Cosco, allegedly smelled like alcohol and one of the officers saw a 24-ounce Steel Reserve can of beer on the driver’s side window. Another officer allegedly saw an open bottle of Smirnoff on the passenger seat. He agreed to get out of the car to perform field sobriety tests and he allegedly struggled to get out of his vehicle and couldn’t stand up straight and was arrested.

Tynan L. Brinkley, 27, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 1 p.m. on Feb. 3, on a criminal mischief charge from Feb. 1, 2015, at the McDonald’s Restaurant on Loudon Road. He was arrested again at 7:47 a.m. on Feb. 5, for driving after revocation or suspension or default or breach of bail conditions. In the latter arrest, officers were sent to an accident on Airport Road between a Chevrolet Malibu and a plow truck. A check of his license revealed a suspension from Aug. 21, 2014, for default court summons, and he was arrested. He’s due in court on March 9.

Michael MacDowell, 33, of Airport Road in Concord, was arrested at 10:50 a.m. on Feb. 2, for fraudulent use of a credit card and receiving stolen property after an alleged incident at the Cumberland Farms on North Main Street on Oct. 19, 2014. He was arrested in an apartment on Loudon Road, allegedly hiding in the shower. He was held on $5,000 cash bail.

Kaitlyn Rollins, 21, of North Main Street in Boscawen, was arrested at 8:20 a.m. on Feb. 2, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an accident in the Dunkin’ Donuts parking lot on South Main Street. Her license was suspended on Sept. 5, 2014.

Michael A. Hankins, 25, of West Main Street in Hillsborough, was arrested at 158 a.m. on Feb. 2, for possession of controlled drugs. Officers were called to the Holiday Inn for a report of an intoxicated man, who was out of control, in the lobby. While heading there, a report of another individual that was intoxicated was called in. That individual was reportedly now sitting in a pickup truck in the parking lot. The officer arrived and approached the truck and allegedly “could immediately smell a distinct order of marijuana coming from within the vehicle.” While speaking with the Hankins, the officer allegedly saw a sunglass case with a plastic bag sticking out of it. He allegedly denied smoking marijuana but when requested, handed the officer the case, which allegedly had marijuana in it. He was taken into custody and during the process of doing that, a glass smoking pipe was allegedly seen on the floor. Hankins is due in court on March 9.

Mark Bean, 61, of Hubbard Road in Deering, received a summons at 9:21 a.m. on Jan. 31, for operating with a valid license after a traffic stop on Downing Street for not stopping at a stop sign.

Lisa M. Cheney, 47, of Pembroke Road in Concord, was arrested at 3:40 a.m. on Jan. 31, on a bench warrant for nonpayment of a fine out of Concord District Court from Aug. 14, 2014, on a simple assault charge, $189.17 cash to settle.

Tami J. Hutchins, 43, of Oak Street in Boscawen, was arrested at 8:45 p.m. on Jan. 30, on driving after revocation or suspension, suspended registration, and driver’s license prohibitions. An officer ran a check on a Ford Mustang in the parking lot of the Irving gas station on Pleasant Street and found that the owner, Hutchins, had a suspended license. The officer went to the vehicle, spoke with Hutchins, and she was placed under arrest. Her license was suspended on Jan. 28, for cancellation of insurance. She was also convicted in October 2012 of operating after revocation in Franklin District Court. Hutchins is due in court on March 9.

Robert S. Malinowski II, 26, of Canton Circle in Concord, was arrested at 1:10 p.m. on Jan. 30, for driving after revocation or suspension after a traffic stop on Loudon Road for expired registration sticker. His license was revoked on Jan. 1. He was also convicted of operating after suspension out of Franklin District Court on October 2008. Malinowski is due in court on March 9.
