Concord Police summon Nathan LaMorey and Lisa Jordan to court after complaints about them allegedly having sex in a vehicle near Loudon Rd.

CONCORD, NH — A man from Franklin and a woman from Arizona face indecent exposure and lewdness charges after allegedly getting caught having sex in a vehicle on Stickney Avenue, according to police reports. When the first detective arrived at the scene, he parked his patrol car on Stickney Avenue and walked between the travel lanes of Loudon Road and the DOT buildings. From approximately 100 yards away, he reportedly saw a naked man and woman reportedly engaged in intercourse in the vehicle, according to the reports.
“I approached the male and female and observed the female to not be wearing any clothing,” the detective alleged. “The male subject was laying on his back facing away from me (facing west) and was parallel to Loudon Road. The female was on her knees facing towards me (facing east) and immediately to the right of the male subject and was also parallel to Loudon Road. The interaction appeared to be consensual and neither party seemed to be in distress.”

Jordan and LaMorey reportedly “failed to acknowledge” the presence of the detective but stopped after he verbally identified himself, according to the report. Both were “cooperative and appeared embarrassed” and began to get dressed. After questioning, they were both released with a summons, due to that evening’s “high call volume.” They are due in court on Sept. 16.
The detective later spoke to the only witness willing to talk to police. The man reported that he was walking west on Loudon Road when he saw the naked couple in the vehicle. He took two pictures of them on his cellphone and then called police.
“(The witness) told me that what he had seen was ‘gross and disgusting,’” according to the report.
