RD Custom Fitness Expands 'Cardio and Strength' Class With Second Section

Big Response to New FLEX Exercise Classes in Central NH Creates Demand for 2nd Morning Session; Low Cost Attracts Senior Fitness Fans

RD Custom Fitness, the first exercise program to offer FLEX classes in Central New Hampshire, has announced that an 11 a.m. session will be added to the schedule for the Cardio & Strength class beginning on July 6 at the Creative Dance Workshop of Bow, 1125 Route 3A.

RDCF principal and instructor Rhonda Duhamel is delighted with the response to her introduction of these new exercise classes, part of Silver Sneakers’ senior fitness program. ”After working with seniors in both group exercise and individual training settings,” she said, ” I am convinced that there’s a big unmet need for reasonably priced classes where seniors can work out comfortably. In my classes, I encourage a strong social component in a genuinely welcoming environment, coupled with the opportunity to work out with a certified instructor who understands and accommodates varying levels of fitness.”

The 10 a.m. class filled up in the space of two weeks, and inquiries kept arriving. ”I love the flexibility we have to add another session to our schedule the moment it becomes clear that people want it. One of the great advantages of our strong relationship with the Creative Dance Workshop of Bow is having a partner that is as passionate as I am about promoting fitness opportunities for people of all ages!”
