Richard Named VP at Granite Business Solutions

CONCORD, NH — Timothy Richard will bring his more than two decades of experience in sales and strategy to Granite Business Solutions (GBS) as the company’s vice president of sales and business development, according to a press statement. In this role, he will be leading the company’s efforts to expand GBS’s call center expertise and customer service into new sectors.

GBS provides clients with a comprehensive suite of customized call center and outsourced consulting business and customer service solutions. The US-based 24/7 call center, located in Concord, New Hampshire, has been operating for more than 30 years and manages more than one million inbound and outbound calls annually.

Richard, who lives in Litchfield, comes to GBS after most recently serving as vice president of imaging solutions for Block Imaging International where he managed and dramatically increased sales of medical imaging equipment across the US. His experience also includes work in software sales and development, and account management, mostly in the New England region. He graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science from Southern New Hampshire University.
