Rollover Crash Reported On Route 4 In Chichester

Chichester, Loudon, and Concord firefighters were called to a crash investigation on Route 4 Friday — with 2 people taken to the hospital.

CHICHESTER, NH — Fire and rescue teams were called to Route 4 in Chichester Friday for a report of a rollover.

Around 5:50 p.m., a pickup truck with Massachusetts plates reportedly drove into a utility pole, according to dispatch. Other vehicles may have been involved in the incident but Patch was unable to confirm specifics at post time.

Firefighters shut down Dover Road temporarily and requested a second ambulance. Loudon EMTs were then requested for mutual aid, according to dispatch. More Chichester firefighters were also retoned to the scene.

Around 6 p.m., Concord firefighters were also sent to assist.

Chichester EMTs then took two people to Concord Hospital and Concord firefighters also returned to the city while Loudon took over command.
