Rounded Up: 3 NH Fugitives Caught in 48 Hours

U.S. Marshals, local police take three off the streets due to information developed after receiving tips from others.

CONCORD, NH — Two recent New Hampshire Fugitive of the Week fugitives as well as a woman who was to be featured today as part of the weekly post from the U.S. Marshals Service are off the streets after tips and information led to their capture, according to the organization. Jordan Dearborn, pictured bottom left, Mark Delisle, and Nicole Perry, were all arrested during the past 48 hours, according to Deputy Marshal Jeffrey White. Perry, 21, who was to be featured today, was wanted on two outstanding warrants including a federal arrest warrant on a possession of a narcotic drug with intent to distribute charge as well as a Strafford County warrant for a bail violation after being convicted of organized retail crime/larceny. She was arrested yesterday.

“Information was developed by the fugitive task force that Ms. Perry was in a treatment facility in Dublin, where she was taken into custody without incident,” White stated. “Perry will have her initial court appearance at U.S. District Court sometime later today.”

Delisle, 42, was also arrested yesterday by marshals and U.S. Postal Inspectors after he was reportedly found hiding in the woods of a residence on Wes Lock Road in Barnstead.

“Delisle had been wanted on a federal arrest warrant alleging that he had violated his conditions of supervised release,” White said. “Mr. Delisle was on supervised release following his conviction and sentence for being a felon in possession of a firearm.”

Delisle was featured in a Fugitive of the Week post two weeks ago. That post “brought in several tips,” White noted, including one from the Hooksett Police Department.

“An alert Hooksett officer had stopped a vehicle with Mr. Delisle in it, but at that time, Mr. Delisle produced a different identification and he was allowed to go,” White said.

The officer though saw Delisle’s photo online and contacted marshals with the information. White stated that this information “was invaluable” in locating Delisle and arresting him on May 23, 2017. Delisle was arraigned yesterday in Concord and held without bail.

White added that there was an ongoing investigation into alleged “potential identity theft and other fraudulent activities that were possibly perpetrated by Delisle, while he was a fugitive.”

Dearborn, who was also featured earlier this month, was captured on Monday afternoon by the Manchester Police Department, without incident, according to the press statement. He had been wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant for violations of federal supervised release after being convicted and sentenced to aiding and abetting in a bank robbery.

Police in the Queen City received a tip that Dearborn was hiding out on Dubuque Street. He was later spotted by police walking around Pine and Chestnut streets and was arrested. Dearborn was arraigned and held without bail yesterday.
