Salem Man Arrested On 7 Theft Charges: Concord Police Log
Plus: Nashua driver charged with speeding; Keene man faces unauthorized use and felony theft charges; warrant arrests.

CONCORD, NH — Douglas M. Smith, born in 1988, of Salem, was arrested at 4 a.m. on March 28, 2025, on seven theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at 7-Eleven at 9 Village St. in Penacook.
Phillip Angus Khalil, born in 2000, of Manchester, was arrested at 1:23 p.m. on March 27, 2025, on disobeying an officer, operating without a valid license, and resisting arrest or detention charges as well as a misuse of plates violation. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Lawrence Street.
John H. Camden, born in 1983, of Concord, was arrested at 1:10 p.m. on March 27 on criminal trespass and felony possession of a controlled drug charges. He was arrested after an incident at the Statehouse plaza and the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Nathaniel M. White, born in 1984, of Concord, was arrested on a bench warrant at 2:11 a.m. on March 26 as well as a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at Best Buy at 78 D’Amante Drive. About 40 minutes later, he was arrested again on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at Walmart at 344 Loudon Road.
Celso Moreno, born in 2000, of Nashua, was arrested at 3:51 p.m. on March 24 on speeding and operating without a valid license charges after an incident or investigation on Shaker Road.

Myk Taylor Neuner, born in 1987, of Keene, was arrested at 9 a.m. on March 23 on felony theft by unauthorized taking-$1,501-plus, unauthorized use, and driving after revocation or suspension charges as well as operating without lights and unsafe lane change violations. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at 45 Green St.

Steven R. Benson, born in 2000, of Hopkinton, received a summons at 8:15 p.m. on March 21 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. He was charged after an incident or investigation on Airport Road.
Marie E. Holbrook, born in 1961, of Warner, was arrested at 2:07 a.m. on March 20 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation at the former Steeplegate Mall property at 270 Loudon Road.
Allie Little, born in 2006, of Concord, was arrested at 8:05 p.m. on March 14 on a bench warrant after an incident or investigation on South State Street.
Robert C. Foe, born in 1987, of Concord, was arrested at 4:47 p.m. on March 13 on a bench warrant. He was arrested at police headquarters.
Nia J. Burgin, born in 1988, of Concord, received a summons at 1:36 p.m. on March 12 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and willful concealment charges after an incident or investigation at Target at 80 D’Amante Drive.
