Salem Man Arrested for Skipping Drug Court: Sheriffs

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office recently:

Mark J. Boisvert, 35, of Laurel Circle of Wells, ME, was arrested on July 29, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for second-degree assault and reckless conduct.

Gregory T. Brown Jr., 38, of Collins Street in Seabrook, was arrested on July 29, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at the plea-sentencing of a receiving stolen property charge.

Victor L. Olivo, 50, of Easton Avenue in Rochester, was arrested on July 28, 2016, on a bench warrant for acts prohibited.

Joshua Lamb, 24, of Main Street in Fremont, was arrested on July 28, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on a marijuana possession charge.

Eric A. Caraballo, 29, of Peaselee Terrace in Methuen, MA, was arrested on July 28, 2016, for delivery of articles prohibited.

Loc P. Tran, 28, of Tiffany Road in Salem, was arrested on July 27, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear in drug court on a possession of Buprenorphine charge.

George F. Theberge, 39, of Granite Street in Manchester, was arrested on July 26, 2016, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear on a possession of meth charge, on a judge’s order to arrest for simple assault, and on a judge’s order to arrest for criminal trespass.

Derek C. Boutcher, 44, of Center Street in Wolfeboro, was arrested on July 25, 2016, on a fugitive from justice charge.
