Sixth T-Bones Location Breaks Ground In Concord Next To New Hotel
The Great NH Restaurants eatery will be next door to the Tru by Hilton being constructed on South Main Street in Concord at Exit 12 on I-93.

CONCORD, NH — Great NH Restaurants will be opening its sixth T-Bones eatery in Concord, at the location of a new hotel on the footprint of the former Days Inn near Exit 12 off I-93. Officials with the restaurant recently held a groundbreaking at the site to officially welcome the restaurant which will be next door to the new Duprey Hospitality hotel, Tru by Hilton. The new T-Bones will be nearly 10,000 square feet including 275-seats with a 35-seat patio.
The Concord location will be very similar to other T-Bones locations, according to company CEO Tom Boucher.
"We feel this is the perfect concept and location for the city of Concord, providing another high-quality dining experience to the region," he stated. The Concord location will offer "updated interior design and new finishes." It will be run by Boucher’s business partner, Mark Fenske, and Boucher’s wife, Dana Boucher. It's expected to be open by winter 2020 and will employ more than 100 people.

Market Square Architects of Portsmouth is designing the project while Fulcrum Associates has been contracted to handle the construction.
Tru by Hilton is the first Hilton property for Duprey and the fifth hotel managed by the company in the capital city. It is expected to be open by spring of next year. The hotel will offer 85-rooms and will include an open lobby concept – called "The Hive – with multiple areas for customers to work, eat, and lounge in.

Duprey said the location was perfect for people traveling "throughout our beautiful state." His company, he added, "prides itself on premier customer service and positive guest experiences, and we are looking forward to adding a new property to our portfolio." Duprey said he was excited to be developing the property with Great NH Restaurants.
"It’s a great combination – rooms right next to a popular family friendly, casual dining NH restaurant and bar," he added.
