The trooper’s interaction with the driver and passengers led him to establish probable cause that there allegedly was marijuana in the vehicle, a Volvo sedan, according to Sgt. Nathan Hamilton of Troop F of the NHSP.
“(The trooper) impounded the car and applied for a search warrant,” according to Hamilton. “(The trooper) received a warrant for the car and during the court authorized search, discovered several pounds of marijuana, scales, and a large sum of cash.”
White and Flieder were bailed and ordered back to Plymouth District Court on June 16, to answer to the charges.
