St. Paul's School Rape Trial Jury Heads Home
Jurors will continue to deliberate on Friday as to whether or not Owen Labrie raped a 15-year-old girl who was a fellow student.

The question of whether or not a former St. Paul’s School student raped a fellow student last year is in the hands of the jury that went home at around 4 p.m. on Aug. 27, 2015, according to online reports.
The jury of nine men and three women, as well as 14 alternates, received the case at just before noon, after both sides made their closing statements. The jury spent about three and half hours deliberating before heading home.
Labrie is charged with aggravated felonious sexual assault, sexual assault, and felony certain uses of computer services prohibited in the alleged May 2014 rape of a fellow student who was 15 at the time.
