CONCORD, NH — Concord police and fire and rescue teams were sent to the Fort Eddy Plaza shopping center on Wednesday for a stabbing.

Around 1:45 p.m., police received a 911 call about a stabbing, behind the Rite Aid section of the shopping center. A man reported being stabbed in the leg by another man who was also with a third man. After the stabbing, the assailant dropped the knife and both he and the third person ran into the woods, according to scanner chatter.

Dispatch later stated it appeared to be a robbery since the suspects were attempting to steal the man’s wallet. The suspects were described as men, one with a blue jacket and the other with a red flannel shirt. The victim accused the suspect in the red flannel shirt of stabbing him.
