State Troopers Arrest Boscawen Man on DWI, Gun Charges
Caller alleges that Stephen Jackson waved 9 mm in threatening manner while driving on I-93.
A Boscawen man was arrested last night after allegedly threatening a motorist on I-93 with a gun.
Stephen Jackson, 28, of Boscawen, was arrested by the New Hampshire State Police and charged with felony criminal threatening and driving while intoxicated, subsequent offense.
According to a press statement, at around 6 p.m. on May 26, a witness called 911 while driving on I-93 northbound near Hooksett to report a man allegedly “driving in an erratic manner while displaying a handgun,” according to the report. The man later allegedly pointed the gun at the caller, who was also driving northbound.

With information provided by the witness, staties were able to locate the vehicle in Boscawen and, with the help of Boscawen Police, interviewed Stephen. He was later arrested.
“During the course of the investigation, troopers recovered a loaded 9 millimeter pistol from Jackson’s car,” according to Sgt. William Graham of the New Hampshire State Police.

Jackson will be arraigned in Hooksett District Court on June 15.
