Michelle Milardo was charged after allegedly propositioning a man in a wheelchair, fleeing with his gold chain after he rejected her offer.

MANCHESTER, NH — A local woman was arrested yesterday after allegedly robbing a man in a wheelchair, according to Queen City police. Michelle Milardo, 50, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 10, 2017, on robbery and violation of bail conditions charges. At just before noon yesterday, officers were sent to the Lincoln Street Plaza for a report of a man in a wheelchair being robbed, according to Lt. Brian O’Keefe of the Manchester Police Department.

“He grabbed her arm as he yelled for help, while multiple good Samaritans came to his aid and held on to the woman until police arrived on scene,” O’Keefe stated.

The suspect – Milardo – allegedly provided “several false names” to the officer. The gold chain and three out of the four gold charms attached to the chain were also found.
