Merry Christmas, You’ve Been Arrested

Londonderry Police arrested Michele Milardo of Concord on drug, other charges while Daryl Gurley was arrested on warrants, protective order.

LONDONDERRY, NH — A local woman was arrested on numerous drug charges after a traffic stop on Christmas morning, according to police. Michele M. Milardo, 50, of Royal Gardens in Concord, was arrested at 12:56 a.m. on Dec. 25, 2016, and charged with two counts of false inspection or registration sticker, unregistered motor vehicle, two counts of possession of controlled/narcotic drugs, and possession of drugs in a motor vehicle.

Also arrested was Daryl G. Gurley, 23, of Railroad Avenue in Derry, who was charged with violation of a protective order; penalty and two warrants.

According to a police, the pair were arrested after a motor vehicle stop on Nashua Road near the Derry town line with Londonderry.

Gurley, according to numerous reports on Patch from Concord and other communities, has been arrested a number of times during the past couple of years. He was arrested in September of last year by Rockingham County Sheriffs on a judge’s order after a deferred sentence on a receiving stolen property charge. He was arrested for failure to appear in drug court on a theft by deception charge in August of last year and was arrested again by sheriffs. Back in July, he was arrested on a theft charge after the Sunglass Hut at the Steeplegate Mall in Concord. In January 2016, he was arrested on a felony theft bench warrant out of Concord District Court. Not long after, he was arrested again by Concord Police, while in jail, for felony receiving stolen property.

“Gurley was very uncooperative, disrespectful, and rude,” the officer alleged.

In December 2015, he was arrested on for felony possession of a controlled drugs-fentanyl and a bench warrant for nonappearance in Salem District Court on a theft by deception charge.

While I was searching Gurley, he spit out a small rolled up plastic bag onto the ground,” according to the officer in the police report. “The plastic was consistent with one commonly known to me to contain controlled substances.”

A second officer found a spoon with white powder and a syringe with clear brown liquid that were allegedly found in the bathroom.

“Gurley nodded off numerous times while in my custody, and his behavior was consistent with someone who was impaired by drug use,” the officer alleged at the time.

On July 29, 2015, he was arrested for felony theft by deception and criminal liability for conduct of another from an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.
