Suspects Sought After Burger King Armed Robbery In Concord

Crimeline Update: Police have released security video from an incident where a woman pointed a gun at an employee and demanded money Monday.

CONCORD, NH — Concord police are investigating an armed robbery at Burger King on Hall Street and asking for the public's help finding the suspects. At just before 9 p.m. on Monday, officers were sent to the restaurant for a report of a gun flashed at the drive-thru window. Officers investigated the incident, took witness statements, and reviewed area security video, stated Lt. Sean Ford, the commander of the criminal investigations division of the Concord Police Department.

"It is alleged that a silver or grey Toyota RAV4 came through the drive-thru and the occupants placed a food order," he said. "The car then came to the pick-up window. A Burger King employee alleges that there was a dark-skinned male driving and a light-skinned female in the front passenger seat."

Both suspects were wearing hooded sweatshirts and attempting to conceal their identities, he said. The victim said the female passenger brandished a pistol and pointed it in the direction of the employee.

"The male driver demanded that the employee turn over the money drawer," Ford stated. "The employee complied and the suspect vehicle fled."

No one was injured during the robbery, he said.
