Tattered American Flag Replaced By Concord Firefighters

The flag at the veteran's memorial at Blodgett Park on the Concord Heights was replaced by firefighters on Wednesday.

CONCORD, NH — Just in time for Memorial Day, Concord firefighters assisted David Hatch and others, who take care of Blodgett Park, with a very important task — replacing a worn American flag.

Firefighters who staff the Tower 1 engine were at the park on Wednesday taking down the old flag so another new one could be put up.
