An officer patrolling Loudon Road near Burns Avenue reportedly saw a Toyota Camry driving westbound without its lights on. The officer pulled the vehicle over in the parking lot of the McDonald’s Restaurant and made contact with the driver, Curtis, who already had the window down due to it being smashed.

“Upon making contact with Curtis I was immediately presented with an overpowering odor of freshly burnt marijuana emanating from the vehicle, despite the fact that the driver side window had been down during travel,” the officer alleged.
