According to witnesses, a tall, skinny, white man, wearing a black bandana over his face, allegedly brandished a handgun during the robbery and made away with cash and cigarettes.
“Following the publicity of this incident the police received tips identifying Trevor as a possible suspect,” according to Lt. Timothy O’Malley, the commander of the criminal investigations unit. “Detectives from Concord PD conducted interviews and obtained evidence that established probable cause to arrest Trevor for the robbery. A warrant was obtained for his arrest on Friday, May 26.”
On Sunday, NHSP pulled Clough over on I-393 and he was arrested on multiple motor vehicle violations. The trooper then discovered the robbery warrant.
“Concord officers responded and took Trevor into custody. He refused bail and was transported to the Merrimack County House of Corrections,” O’Malley noted. “Concord PD would like to thank the New Hampshire State Police, the United States Marshals Service and members of the public for their assistance in this matter.”
Clough is scheduled to be arraigned in Concord District Court later this morning.
