Third Arrest Made in Concord Home Invasion Incident

A third person was arrested on July 19, in connection with a Cherry Street home invasion on last week.

Philip Riccioli, 32, of Concord, was arrested in Allenstown yesterday, and charged with Burglary, Armed Robbery, and Theft of a Firearm.

According to a police report, officials found out that Riccioli was in Allenstown at an address on Ferry Street. Detectives from both departments were sent to the location in an effort to find Riccioli. He was located and later, caught and taken into custody, after being pursued.

Riccioli is being held on a probation and parole detainer and was arraigned earlier today.

More arrests are expected, according to police.
