BELMONT, NH — Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty (Verani) welcomes Thomas Giles to its Belmont office. Giles, who is a New Hampshire native, has a unique blend of experience in the building trades and in computer technology.

Giles graduated with honors from Riverside Aeronautics in New York and the Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston. He has been involved in the building trades since a very early age, buying land and single-handedly completing construction on his first house at the age of 21. Giles, who once owned a flooring contracting company, has built several single family homes in the Lakes Region and pursued the purchase of land parcels for resale.

Besides real estate, Giles is passionate about sailing on Lake Winnipesaukee and motorcycling.
