Tips Lead Cops To Crack Cocaine And Forgery Suspect
Breaking: Police arrested Kylie Anne Dugan this morning in Dover reportedly at a family member's home.

CONCORD, NH — Another week, another New Hampshire Fugitive of the Week caught. This morning, according to Deputy Marshal Jeffrey White of the U.S. Marshals Service, Kylie Anne Dugan, 28, was captured in Dover. Dugan was wanted on outstanding warrants out of Strafford County for allegedly failing to appear on crack cocaine possession and habitual offender charges as well as two counts of forgery of checks.

Dugan was featured at the Fugitive of the Week on Wednesday. On July 21, 2017, after being aided by tipsters, Dover Police located Dugan at her family’s Spruce Lane home where she was taken into custody without incident. She was transported to the Strafford County Jail for processing and holding pending her initial court appearance at a later date.

In a statement, U.S. Marshal David L. Cargill Jr. thanked police for their “quick response” this morning.
“Thank you to everyone that made this arrest happen, including all of the tipsters, our media partners and members of law enforcement that worked tirelessly on this case,” he stated.
