Traffic Shifts on I-93 at I-89
Temporary lane closures should be expected during the evenings.

The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces the I-93 bridge project over I-89 will reach another milestone on the night of Monday, Aug. 5.
Weather permitting, northbound traffic on I-93 will be shifted to the easterly half of the new southbound bridge that carries traffic over I-89.
This nighttime event will require temporary lane closures and involve concrete barrier realignment, and pavement markings.

Motorists should be alert for slowing traffic and allow for the new traffic pattern until the new northbound bridge over I-89 is completed in the summer of 2014.
This work is part of the replacement of the I-93 northbound and southbound bridges over Interstate 89 and minor repairs to the collector distributor road bridge. Audley Construction of Bow is the general contractor for the $14.7 million project, which is scheduled for completion in June 2015.
