Two Alleged Biker Gang Members, Others Busted On Drug Dealing Charges
Breaking: U.S. Attorney: Feds roundup four allegedly involved in drug dealing in NH. One also faces felon in possession of a gun charge.
CONCORD, NH — The U.S. District Court unsealed federal criminal complaints today which led to the arrest of four New Hampshire men – two bikers – on drug charges, according Acting-U.S. Attorney John J. Farley. Arrested on June 9, 2017, were:
- James Cunningham, 60, pictured upper left, of Laconia, an alleged member of the Hells Angel Motorcycle Club, for distributing and possession methamphetamine with intent to distribute.
- Harry Bolton, 63, of Weare, the allege president of the Milford & Company Motorcycle Club, for distributing and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.
- Kenneth Bailey, 52, of Weare, for distributing and possession of cocaine and methamphetamine with intent to distribute.
- Timothy Raxter, 52, pictured upper right, of Tilton, for distributing and possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and felon in possession of a firearm.

“Federal, state, and local law enforcement officers are united in our work to combat drug trafficking and violence,” Farley stated. “Even as our state attempts to address the opioid crisis, we remain vigilant in our efforts to protect the public from the distribution of other dangerous drugs, such as cocaine and methamphetamine. I commend our law enforcement partners for their work in this investigation.”

All four face up to 20 years in prison and fines up to $1 million. Raxter also faces an additional 10 years and a $250,000 fine, according to a press statement.
“The Hells Angels are one of the most notorious biker gangs in the United States and often use violence and intimidation to protect their 'turf' in support of their criminal activities,” added Harold H. Shaw, Special Agent in Charge of the FBI Boston Division. “As alleged, this investigation revealed that a Hells Angel member engaged in the distribution of drugs in New Hampshire. In an effort to create safer neighborhoods for everyone, the FBI New Hampshire’s Safe Streets Task Force is fully committed to the identification and pursuit of illicit gang activities within the state, to crack down on illegal drug distribution networks, and deter associated violence.”

This ongoing investigation is being conducted by the FBI New Hampshire Safe Streets Gang Task Force which is comprised of the FBI, the New Hampshire State Police, New Hampshire Probation and Parole, and the Police Departments of Hudson, Manchester, and Nashua. Assistance was provided by the Laconia and Tilton police departments.
According to NECN.com, Cunningham was arrested last November after an alleged assault incident and standoff where police reportedly had to Tase him. Raxter, according to the Laconia Daily Sun, was arrested on a meth dealing charge and a weapon charge.
