U.S. Marshals Are Hunting For ‘Violent’ NH Sexual Predator
Eric Prescott is wanted by the New Hampshire Parole Board for an alleged violation after being convicted on sexual assault counts.

CONCORD, NH — The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is attempting to find a convicted sexual assaulter with alleged violent tendencies who is wanted by the state parole board for an alleged violation. Eric Prescott, 32, is about 6 feet tall, weighs 200 lbs., and has blue eyes and brown hair. He has tattoos on his left arm and left shoulder, as well as scars on his right wrist and left check, according to the Deputy Jeffrey White of the U.S. Marshals Service.

“Prescott is being sought on a warrant issued by the New Hampshire Parole Board on Sept. 28, 2017, for a parole violation with underlying conviction and sentence of attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault and sexual assault,” White stated in a press release. “Prescott was last known to be in the Laconia area but has ties to the entire Lakes Region Area.”
A “violent tendencies” notification was also posted on the task force’s alert for Prescott. Anyone who sees him or someone who looks like him should not attempt to apprehend him. Call local police or the U.S. Marshals Service at 603-225-1632.
